Park Motel Rooms

There is NOTHING to like about this Motel. It is incredibly dirty and in a bad location. After checking in and looking at the room, we left and found another Motel.

Satellite tv so we were able to watch the end of our race in the room because we were warned by a police officer directing traffic to NOT walk in that area after dark.

There was nothing to like. One of the worst properties in the area. Please stay away from fraud people.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance of Banc of California Stadium.

10-15 mins walk to LA coliseum save money on parking.

It was 3 blocks from the colosseum.

I didn't like anything

I like the shower and how the parking space is outside the rooms. It's about two blocks away to the Banc of California Stadium which was the reason for my travel for a concert. It's a good decent motel to stay with a good size bed, AC, bathroom, and good lighting.

The room was good for the price i paid. Linens were clean and towels also clean and fresh. Not enough toiletries for 2 people though, and the only working outlet was high up on the wall behind the tv. Other than that- good price good room and would definitely stay again.

DO NOT, I repeat “DO NOT” stay at this hotel no matter what. Imagine yourself in Mexico on the movie set of Narcos… it reminds you of an old school drive/park/stay hotel for prostitution. I asked to check in early and she said I had yet to pay when clearly I paid on “Booking.com” and she asked me to go next door to pull out cash from the ATM plus 60, 50 for early check in and 10 for a deposit. Upon entering the room clearly it didn’t even look anything like the pictures. Holes in the walls, dresser drawers ripped to pieces, showers only having cold water and hair on the floor. The owner/lady was very rude including the key cards had to daily reset just because. No extra linen/no extra towels. Pillows didn’t even have a pillow case on them and had looked to have urine stains on them. The tiled head board looked to have hand prints on them and a face that was pressed upon it like someone had had a sexual position upon it. Roaches and locals fighting out our door at night, doors been kicked in so you can clearly see light outside your door. 2-5AM people cleaning their cars outside and running the engines/“bumping” their music of choice. It’s horrible!

The staffs were really nice, they tried to helped me. The wifi, and the location.
